Originally from Italy, I moved to the Netherlands to explore the world and create a better life, one built on freedom and growth.

After 10 years as a swimming head coach, working 60+ hours a week, I hit burnout. I loved my athletes deeply, but I had lost balance - no time for myself, my training, or the life I dreamed of.

That experience pushed me to redesign my lifestyle.
Today, I help others do the same, building sustainable online businesses that offer freedom, flexibility, and fulfillment.

We came into this from two completely different worlds.

Csilla was running her own beauty business, self-employed, busy, fully booked, but completely exhausted.

Holly was working a traditional 9-5 in finance, which was stable, sensible, & ticking all the ‘on paper’ boxes.

On the outside, our lives looked different. But internally? We felt the same.

We were both craving freedom over our time, our money, to be able to design our days instead of living for weekends and holidays.

So we started building something different. Over the last four years, we’ve built an ethical online business that gives us flexibility, growth, and the ability to work from anywhere without sacrificing integrity or pretending to be someone we’re not.

Freedom Explorers was created from that journey. Not as a “get rich quick’ idea but as a space for people who feel that pull for more and are ready to explore what that could look like.
